ADLPartner is positioned at the crossroads of two growth markets: loyalty-strengthening and management of private customers on behalf of business partners and acquiring subscribers for the magazine press.
For almost 30 years, the company has been developing and perfecting specific know-how with real added value as regards the effectiveness of its subscriber loyalty and recruitment initiatives, both in its own name or on behalf of its partners.
As regards customer management and loyalty-strengthening through open-ended press subscriptions and cut-price subscriptions, the company offers a real “in-the-home kiosk”.
The December 2005 merger with France Abonnements enabled the distribution channels for sales lines to be diversified beyond mail-shots and advertising inserts by the development, in particular, of telemarketing and the Internet.
OES: Open-Ended Subscriptions
The principle of this formula is to recruit subscribers using a direct-debit system. With this formula, customers are debited at predetermined dates and the subscription is tacitly renewed every month. This formula is undergoing full expansion, modelled on other forms of subscription such as telephone or Internet. Recruitment initiatives have been developed by adding new ways of promoting sales, such as on-line and telemarketing sales, with very encouraging results observed in the 2006 and 2007 financial years.
FTS: Fixed-Term Subscriptions
This relates to the recruitment of subscribers for a fixed-term, usually one year, at a very attractive price. When the initial subscription expires, the customer receives a letter from the publisher containing a commercial offer for the renewal of his/her subscription. This technique is widely used with customers who are sensitive to promotions (games of chance, lotteries, prize draws, sweepstakes, etc.).
It also makes it possible to target those belonging to partners’ loyalty programmes: the customer receives a magazine subscription in exchange for points.
BIAV: Books-Items-Audio-Video
