Further to the close of accounts for 2007, the company Amiral Gestion announced in a letter dated 12 March 2008 that it had reduced its stake to 9.94% of the capital and 6.06% of the voting rights. In addition, the company Quaeroq Scrl declared that it had climbed above the threshold for 5% of ADLPartner’s capital on 4 April 2008, taking its interest up to 256,001 ADLPartner shares.
